Gawhar Khanum, Salar Zafar's mother, gives Mirza Mas‘ud Khan ‘Adl al-Mulk the power of attorney to sell two-sixths of Varzaqan village in the district of Qarajah Dagh of Azarbayjan for five thousand and two hundred tumans; the sale includes the right, as long as the sumn [one-eighth] as determined by Gawhar Khanum, is paid. The attorney is also responsible for selling one-sixth of the property for two thousand and five hundred tumans; includes a right of revocation. Power of attorney given by Bibi Agha, wife of the late Karim Khan and the guardian of her underage children, to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get her rights and any document from whoever claims the guardianship of her children, and to resolve any disputes; the attorney's fee is one-tenth of what she receives. Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar.
